Final 'Trapped' Product

L2 GROUP 1 - 'TRAPPED' SHORT FILM from Long Road Applied Media Diploma on Vimeo.

Here is the final product of our 'Trapped' footage. I am very pleased with the quality, professional titles, sound tracks and how the scenes flow frequently throughout. The storyline is very believable and clear with a great sense of tension throughout. The characters tones and body languages, builds up the tension and makes the storyline more interesting. I really enjoyed seeing the thrills it gave towards the audiences, as one scene actually makes you jump as the victim is attacked and dragged into the bushes. Personally would of changed the ending though, set the scene in a more creepier area and add a much more dark and isolated scene, with gore involved as well.

Production day 11/12

.
We were nearly done, we just had to upload the stills pictures and adjust the video more. Once the images were uploaded, and the short film had been progressed with the use of filters, we were happy to view and watch the full length of our 'Trapped' creation. We was very happy with our project, however we felt that we needed to re-do some of the shots. The shots we wanted to re-do was the title sequence of the running scene and the scene with Mel in it so therefore, i discussed our play and decided to let Mel and Beth go out and re-film the particular part, whilst me and Josh stayed in to do some more editing and research on fonts, which would make our footage seem more eye catchy and interesting, therefore we aimed to progress to a higher level. Once we got the footage of Mel and the running scene, I checked if the footage looked professional and understandable before Mel put the footage on Final cut, but i was happy with the clip, therefore we was able to complete our 'Trapped' short film, with a high quality standard to give in.
