Final Bomb product

L2 KAYLEE - THE BOMB! PRELIMINARY PRODUCTION FINAL VIDEO from Long Road Applied Media Diploma on Vimeo.

Here is my final product on the "bomb" sequence. During this session we had to put together each scenes and create a flowing and realistic sequence which makes sense towards viewers, therefore using the 180 degree rule and many camera shots made the clip look effective. I also decided to add many soundtracks by using garageband, i liked the soundtracks i made as it went really well with each scenes for example... using quick/sharp tunes which flows with the jumpcuts and action scenes. If i could do better i'd cut out some sections as some scenes look jumpy and too quick, this can cause confusion.

Horror stills clip

In this session we had to create a horror sequence which involved group work. We used final cut to edit and create a horrifying sequence which involved our 10 chosen shot picture's for example long shot, close up shot, medium shot, hand held shot and many more. I also used photoshop to edit my 3 chosen images using contrasts and different colour tones which looks scary. For example blood print stains which creates violence and gore. Also used different sound tracks and combined scary sounds using garage band. the reason i done this is because i wanted to experiment with sounds and create my own soundtrack along my sequence. I enjoyed this session and enjoyed using garage band the most because i thought it went really well with my final cut sequence and i thought my clip is very effective.

In this session we had to research different horror images and create a horror board by blending in the images. I enjoyed editing the images, finding images from different horror films and combinding then together.
I thought my horror board looked good and i likes the "Horror Conventions" style writing and how it stands out.
